Gregory and I went Mountain biking at West Hill Dam. It was a great opportunity for him to get some riding in and I had some time before I was planning to ride with Rick and Jan at Goat Hill. West Hill is the perfect place for new riders and old alike. There are easy trails and nothing too steep but also the skills park to play in and they have recently added a jump line.
